A NOTICE REGARDING COPYRIGHT LAW

Touchstones Discussion Project was founded in 1984, in support of educators’ efforts to provide engaging learning environments in which students actively develop critical thinking, communication, and collaborative leadership skills. The materials Touchstones offer to educators are the product of many years of research, design, refinement, and practice, and are proven to increase fluency and literacy, facilitate abstract and critical reasoning, and build community.

Please be advised that all material contained in the Touchstones® Discussion Project’s volumes is copyright protected. The unlicensed photocopying, reproduction, display, or projection of this material—in whole or in part—except for Student Worksheets and Discussion Evaluation Appendices in the Teacher’s or Leader’s Guides, is expressly prohibited by law. Copying without express permission from the Touchstones® Discussion Project may result in legal action against you and the organization that employs you. PRICES
Prices listed on our website, in our catalogue, and in other promotional materials reflect the current price as of the date of the printing. All prices listed are in U.S. dollars and payment must be received in U.S. dollars. Prices may change at any time without notice. To confirm the price of an item you are interested in purchasing, please call us at (410) 604-3309 or (800) 456-6542.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping and handling fees are as follows within the United States: for orders totaling up to $99, the fee is $15; for orders totaling between $100 and $499, the fee is $25; for orders over $500, the fee is 5% of the order total (before any discounts are applied). Please allow up to three (3) weeks for deliveries. Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments. Rush shipping is available upon request; please call us for an estimate.
For orders outside of the United States, please call us for a shipping estimate.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your materials, simply return the items in undamaged, sellable condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping and handling costs. For resellers, if you are not completely satisfied with your materials, you may return the items in undamaged, sellable condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping and handling costs, plus a 20% restocking fee.

We accept Purchase Orders from educational institutions. We also accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express or Discover.
